  • Work portfolios, project details, and any related assets will not be showcased or shared publicly or with third parties unless we obtain prior consent from the respective client.

2. Payment Policy


    To ensure a smooth and secure transaction process, our payment policy is as follows:

  • Once a direct order is confirmed, the client must pay 50% of the total project cost in advance.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon successful completion of the project before final delivery.

3. Data Security Measures


       We implement strict security measures to protect all client data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. All project files, login credentials, and sensitive information are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

4. Confidentiality Agreement


        All discussions, strategies, and project details shared with our team remain confidential. We do not disclose any proprietary information to competitors, third parties, or other clients.

5. Intellectual Property Rights


  All designs, content, and digital assets created for clients remain their exclusive property once the full payment is completed. Oks IT Digital Agency does not claim ownership of any completed client work.

6. Third-Party Tools & Services


  For project execution, we may use third-party tools or software. However, we ensure that such services comply with data protection regulations and do not compromise client security.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy


  • Clients may cancel an ongoing project, but the advance payment (50%) is non-refundable once work has begun.
  • If Oks IT Digital Agency fails to deliver the agreed-upon services, a refund may be considered based on the project’s progress.

8. Client Communication & Support


   We maintain professional communication with our clients through secure channels. Any inquiries, updates, or discussions will be conducted through official email, phone, or agreed-upon platforms.

9. Project Timelines & Delivery


    We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, unexpected delays may occur due to technical or external factors. Clients will be informed of any delays in advance.

10. Content & Legal Compliance


    We ensure that all work delivered complies with copyright laws and industry standards. Clients are responsible for providing legal content and materials that do not violate any third-party rights.

11. Modification & Revisions


     Minor revisions are allowed within the project scope. However, significant changes or additional work beyond the original agreement may require extra charges and an extended timeline.

12. Termination of Services


   OKs IT Digital Agency reserves the right to terminate a project if a client violates any terms, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to make the necessary payments. In such cases, any payments made are non-refundable.
